Consul General Mr. Erman TOPÇU drew attention to the lack of health insurance infrastructure in the KRG and the necessity of hospitals in accordance with international standards. It was emphasized that especially pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumables are critical for sustainable health services.
Mr. Behlül ÜNVER, General Manager of USHAŞ, stated that Türkiye is ready to share its experience in the field of health and evaluated cooperation opportunities in hospital investments, management and equipping health facilities within the scope of “HealthTürkiye”.
