USHAŞ General Manager Behlül ÜNVER hosted Dr. Ali Murat DUMAN, General Coordinator of the United Cities and Local Governments Middle East and West Asia Section (UCLG-MEWA) and Dr. Mehmet DUMAN, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the World Academy for Local Government and Democracy (WALD).
During the meeting, opportunities for cooperation with local governments in the field of health tourism were discussed. In addition, ideas were exchanged on international health services and projects to improve the health infrastructure of cities.
Mr. ÜNVER stated that Türkiye’s strong health infrastructure and international experience in the field of health constitutes an important basis for projects that will contribute to regional development. At the end of the meeting, it was agreed to develop joint projects.
USHAŞ continues to play a leading role in health tourism and international cooperation.
