USHAŞ General Manager Behlül ÜNVER came together with our young colleagues in the 3rd panel organized within the scope of the 2nd National Health Management Student Congress. In his speech on “Leadership and Management Strategies”, he exchanged ideas with the participants about Türkiye’s current values in health management and visions for the future.
The panel emphasized the importance of leadership and mentoring approaches in healthcare management, as well as the experiences gained from crisis management during COVID-19. Important issues such as turning crises into opportunities and financial sustainability were discussed with current data, creating an inspiring learning environment for young healthcare managers and professionals.
Behlül ÜNVER expressed his gratitude to all institutions and organizations that contributed to the organization and expressed his pleasure to be together with the health managers of the future. He also expressed his belief that Türkiye’s current achievements in the field of health management will be carried forward with the contributions of young generations.
