USHAŞ General Manager Behlül ÜNVER visited Ensar DOĞAN, Counselor to the Ministry of Health, and Prof. Dr. Ahmet BOLAT, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Turkish Airlines, and the accompanying delegation in their office.
During the meeting, strategic cooperation opportunities to further strengthen Türkiye’s global role in health tourism were discussed. Within the scope of the meeting, it was discussed how Turkish Airlines’ international transportation and logistics infrastructure can be integrated with the expertise of USHAŞ in the field of health tourism.
In particular, innovative projects that will facilitate the transportation processes of international patients traveling within the scope of health tourism were discussed. It was also agreed to develop special services for health tourists coming to Türkiye and to cooperate in international promotional activities.
This strategic meeting is considered as an important step to maximize Türkiye’s health tourism potential and increase its competitiveness on a global scale. The projects to be carried out jointly by USHAŞ and Turkish Airlines are expected to make a great contribution to health tourism.
