USHAŞ General Manager Behlül ÜNVER hosted the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Tunisia Ahmet Misbah DEMİRCAN in his office. During the meeting, strategic cooperation opportunities were evaluated. Hospital investments in Tunisia and the operation of existing hospitals were discussed.
Mr. ÜNVER stated that they are ready to transfer Türkiye’s experience in health services to Tunisia. A comprehensive exchange of ideas was held on hospital investments that can be realized in Tunisia, the operation of existing health facilities by USHAŞ and doctor training programs. It was also stated that a cooperation program including site visits and meetings with relevant local authorities could be established.
Mr. DEMİRCAN emphasized the importance of cooperation between Türkiye and Tunisia in the field of health and stressed that such projects would be of great benefit to the health sector of both countries.
The meeting was considered as an important step in line with the mission of USHAŞ to strengthen international cooperation and promote Türkiye’s expertise in healthcare services on a global scale.
