USHAŞ held a meeting with Prof. Dr. Kemal ŞENOCAK, Member of the Executive Board of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), to discuss cooperation opportunities for health tourism and education processes. During the meeting, Türkiye’s global potential in the field of health tourism and strategies to improve the education processes of health services were discussed.
During the meeting, Mr. Behlül ÜNVER, General Manager of USHAŞ, emphasized the importance of strategic collaborations for the transfer of health tourism experiences to other countries and for the Turkish healthcare system to be more internationally recognized. In this context, cooperation opportunities such as training of healthcare professionals and sharing best practices in hospital management were evaluated.
During the meeting, it was also stated that increasing training activities abroad for the Turkish healthcare system and sharing experiences in the field of health tourism will contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services worldwide.
