USHAŞ General Manager Behlül ÜNVER hosted the Deputy Secretary General of the Service Exporters’ Association (HİB) Üzeyir IŞIK in his office. During the meeting Türkiye’s strong international position in the field of health tourism and the steps that can be taken to further develop cooperation in this sector were discussed in detail.
During the visit, HİB’s activities for the health tourism sector and the support provided to exporter companies, as well as the strategic priorities of USHAŞ in this field were also discussed. In particular, it was emphasized that the services offered through the HealthTürkiye portal both increase foreign patient satisfaction and contribute to easier access to global markets for sector stakeholders.
The meeting also exchanged ideas on strengthening Türkiye’s international promotional activities in the health tourism sector, acting with a common vision in the events to be held abroad and making incentive mechanisms for the sector more effective. Üzeyir IŞIK stated that as the Service Exporters’ Association, they are open to all kinds of cooperation in the health tourism sector and that they aim to create a stronger synergy with the stakeholders in this sector.
The meeting ended with mutual good wishes and the wish to develop joint projects for the future of the sector.
