On the second day of the meeting held between the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and Türkiye on January 20-22, 2025 to develop health tourism, detailed presentations were made to the participants after the protocol speeches.
Mr. Behlül ÜNVER, General Manager of USHAŞ, made a comprehensive presentation on USHAŞ’s contributions and international achievements in the field of health tourism. In his presentation, he emphasized the steps to be taken to increase Türkiye’s health tourism potential and to become a more preferred destination in the international arena.
Following the meeting, representatives from the public and private sectors came together to discuss current opportunities and future strategies in the health tourism sector. At this meeting, USHAŞ introduced Türkiye’s strong infrastructure in the field of health and discussed cooperation opportunities that will enable important steps to be taken to develop health tourism.
