About Us

USHAŞ was established on 04/02/2019 as a related organization of the Ministry of Health to promote the services offered in Turkey in the field of international health services, to support and coordinate the activities of the public and private sectors for health tourism, and to advise the Ministry on policies and strategies regarding international health services, service delivery standards and accreditation criteria. USHAŞ has its head office in Ankara and a branch office in Istanbul.

Established by Decree Law No. 663 on Certain Regulations in the Field of Health, USHAŞ combines the dynamism of the private sector with public power to make Turkey one of the world’s leading value-added health exporters.
