Behlül Ünver, General Manager of USHAŞ, paid a courtesy visit to Ms. Esin Çakıl, Ambassador of Bahrain, and held extensive meetings to strengthen the cooperation between Turkey and Bahrain in the field of healthcare. During the visit, projects that can be carried out to further deepen the existing relations between the two countries within the framework of the health sector were discussed in detail.
USHAŞ had previously held meetings with Bahrain to develop cooperation in the field of healthcare and discussed projects on the supply of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. USHAŞ General Manager Mr. Ünver emphasized that Turkey’s experience in the field of health and USHAŞ’s international vision can lay the foundations of a long-term cooperation with projects that will contribute to the health sector in Bahrain. Ms. Esin Çakıl, Ambassador of Turkey to Bahrain, stated that Turkey’s progress in the field of healthcare is closely followed by Bahrain and expressed her belief that such cooperation will further strengthen the healthcare relations between the two countries through sustainable projects.
This visit demonstrated the potential for enhancing cooperation between Turkey and Bahrain in the field of health, contributed to USHAŞ’s goal of expanding regional cooperation, and emphasized that the HealthTürkiye project can play an important role in achieving the common health goals of the two countries in this context.
