USHAŞ General Manager Behlül ÜNVER participated in the “The Role of Health Managers in Century of Türkiye” program organized by Yüksek İhtisas University and signed an important cooperation protocol.
In the program, the roles of health managers in strategic planning and leadership were discussed and projects that will contribute to Türkiye’s international health vision were evaluated. Ministry of Health, university administration, academicians and sector representatives showed great interest in the ceremony.
Behlül ÜNVER stated that USHAŞ attaches great importance to cooperation in order to support international health tourism, develop educational activities and contribute to innovative projects. The protocol signed in this context aims to initiate a strong cooperation between Yüksek İhtisas University and USHAŞ.
Within the scope of the protocol
- Projects for international health tourism services will be developed,
- A volunteer health ambassadors training program will be implemented,
- Innovative projects related to Türkiye’s health infrastructure, health system and health tourism activities will be supported.
During the ceremony, the protocol was signed by USHAŞ General Manager Behlül ÜNVER, Yüksek İhtisas University Foundation President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees Erol USTA, Rector Prof. Dr. Kadirhan SUNGUROĞLU and Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Health Management Assistant Prof. Abdülbeşir CEYLAN.
After the protocol, a plaque of appreciation was presented to Behlül ÜNVER for his contribution to the cooperation. The plaque was presented by Erol USTA, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Yüksek İhtisas University.
It was stated that the protocol will make significant contributions to Türkiye’s health tourism vision and will gain a new momentum to international cooperation projects. The ceremony ended with thanks to the participants.
