USHAŞ and the Libyan Embassy in Ankara and the accompanying delegation discussed cooperation opportunities in the field of healthcare. During the meeting, USHAŞ General Manager Behlül Ünver made a comprehensive presentation about the successful activities carried out by the organization in Turkey and abroad. It was stated that a cooperation agreement on health investments could be signed between the two countries. Libyan Ambassador Elgelaib stated that they closely follow the activities of USHAŞ and that concrete steps should be taken to strengthen cooperation in the field of health.

 

The Libyan Ambassador emphasized the continued trust in Turkey within the scope of health tourism, especially for critical treatments such as heart diseases, organ transplantation and bone marrow transplantation. The Ambassador stated that the strong ties between the two countries will carry the cooperation further.

 

At the end of the meeting, both sides agreed that bilateral relations in the field of health should be strengthened and a cooperation agreement should be signed. USHAŞ General Manager Behlül Ünver stated that the joint steps to be taken with Libya in the field of health will further strengthen the relations between the two countries.
